 Instructions
To view your Spam messages:
- Click on the following website:
- Talaya Webmail
- Enter your username and password to access your account
- Click on "JUNK" folder
- View Spam messages, and delete messages, as required
- Transfer valid messages to your "INBOX"
- NOTE: After seven (7) days, your Spam messages will be automatically deleted from the system; therefore, IT&E recommends that you periodically check your junk folder to ensure your valid messages are not automatically discarded.
To customize your Email filters:
- Click on the following website:
- http://www.itecnmi.com/internet/emailoptions
- Click “Modify My Mail Filters”. Refer to the Help menu for more details.
With the subscription to TALAYA ANTI-SPAM, the following additional features are provided for you, at no additional charge, for you to manage your email. These new features include:
- Modify My Mail Filters. Allows you to configure and customize your email filters to your personal preferences
- Edit My Vacation Notice. Sends a notification to people who send you emails when you are away.
- Forward My Messages. Redirects your messages to other email addresses.
- Change My Password. Enables you to change the password for your account.
To take advantage of the above new email features:
- Click on the following website and login under ANTI-SPAM subscribers:

- Click on the desired feature for further instructions. Refer to the Help menu for more details.
